Senior Business Recruiter

Join Nooks, a growing tech startup, as a Senior Business Recruiter. In this role, you will support our recruiting efforts across various departments, collaborate with team leads to understand their hiring needs, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, maintaining accurate recruiting metrics, and assisting in building and maintaining a pipeline of top talent. The position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and at least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a tech startup. The role is based in downtown San Francisco, with 3 days in the office.

• Collaborer avec les responsables d'équipe pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de recrutement, sourcer des candidats et gérer le processus de recrutement de bout en bout.
• Construire des relations solides et conduire proactivement le processus de recrutement, en assurant une expérience positive pour les candidats.
• Maintenir des métriques de recrutement précises et fournir des mises à jour régulières à l'équipe sur les progrès.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a tech startup
