Senior Software Engineer (Core Product)

Join our Core Product team as a Senior Software Engineer. You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing sales work through AI technology. Your responsibilities will include building AI features that drive revenue, working directly with customers, making foundational technical decisions, mentoring team members, and contributing to the overall success of the product. Candidates should have 5+ years of engineering experience, production experience with AI features, and a strong understanding of human-agent collaboration. This position is based in San Francisco and requires in-office work 3+ days per week.

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with depth in something close to our stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
• Production experience with AI features. For example, you've debugged misbehaving agents and built the evals to keep issues from recurring
• Strong opinions, held loosely, about what the product surface of human-agent collaboration should look like
• Based in San Francisco, excited to be in-office 3+ days per week
