About The Role

Join Nooks as a Senior Technical Sourcer and play a critical role in building our exceptional team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies. As a specialist in talent mapping and engagement, you will identify and attract top technical professionals while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

3+ years of in-house technical sourcing experience at a high-growth tech startup or similar organization. Or have been in an executive recruiter/researcher role where you identified top talent
Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
San Francisco office attendance as required (typically 3 days/week)
Proven track record sourcing for engineering, or executive roles
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a commitment to a great candidate experience
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, platforms
