About The Role

Join our team as a Software Engineer and help us build a category-defining sales product. You'll work on multiple vertical products, including AI Dialer, AI Prospecting, AI Sequencing, and Agent Studio. You'll have the opportunity to make foundational technical decisions, mentor others on the team, and work directly with customers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of engineering experience, production experience with AI features, and strong opinions about human-agent collaboration.

3+ years of engineering experience, with depth in something close to our stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python)
Production experience with AI features. For example, you've debugged misbehaving agents and built the evals to keep issues from recurring
Strong opinions, held loosely, about what the product surface of human-agent collaboration should look like
Not afraid to hop on a call with a customer to validate a feature you just built
