Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Join GitGuardian, a global cybersecurity scale-up based in Paris, New York City, and Boston. As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the VP of Sales and their teams to provide strategic information and data. Your main responsibilities will include sales tooling administration, new hires ramp-up, and cross-functional collaboration. You should have significant experience in sales operations or revenue operations, previous experience with sales tools and CRM, and a strong ability to conduct data-driven analyses.

• Identifying inefficiencies in Sales tooling processes and implementing solutions to improve usability and reporting accuracy.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new Sales team members, ensuring they are trained on processes, CRM tools, territory assignments, and key prospect accounts.
• Collaborating with teams in and out of the sales organization to ensure alignment in sales processes, reporting, and analytics.
