Data Integrations Specialist

• Provide advanced product-related data integration and implementation support within the nCino platform, addressing complex issues and ensuring successful deployments.
• Adhere to and enhance alert and escalation procedures to promptly address and resolve any issues, leveraging deep knowledge of data compatibility within the customer's environment.
• Perform according to the established nCino Integration Framework, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Database knowledge management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Prior experience with ETL tooling
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5+ years of related experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience interfacing with data modeling within CRM and other software solutions
• Proficiency in database management, query languages (e.g., SQL), and ETL tools
• Familiarity with JSON, HTML, and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
• Experience with CRM platforms such as nCino and Salesforce (Admin 201 and additional certifications)
• Deep understanding of loan processes, financial services, and business value certifications (nCino 101, 201)
• Previous experience in a similar role with increasing responsibility
• High proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel) and Informatica Cloud Data (IICS)
• Extensive experience with nCino or similar integration platforms
• In-depth familiarity with loan application processes and financial services
• Previous experience in a similar role with increased responsibility
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Business Analyst Certification
• NCino 301 Certification
