Enterprise Account Executive

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business growth in your territory, engage with banks and financial institutions, and deepen our footprint with existing customers. You will navigate complex sales cycles, build consensus among key stakeholders, and partner closely with inside sales and marketing colleagues. • Identifying and engaging prospective customers across the territory and market segment, and challenging them to think differently about their technology.
• Qualifying and progressing opportunities, keeping a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets, and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Building nCino's brand presence and reputation across the territory, and maintaining strong client relationships to grow existing accounts.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across the UK and EMEA as needed
• A strong track record in sales, with the ability to point to consistent results
• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate software solutions both onsite and virtually
• The confidence to challenge executive decision-makers and build consensus among client leadership, including at C-suite level
• A collaborative working style, comfortable partnering with colleagues across product, sales, professional services, support, and finance
• Banking or commercial banking domain expertise
• A postgraduate degree or relevant certifications
• A flexible, resourceful approach to problem-solving in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong organisational skills, balancing high performance with process discipline
