About The Role

Join our team as a Principal Technical Architect, where you will lead the installation of technical systems and applications for our clients. You will provide technical assistance and leadership for medium to large financial institutions, document processes and procedures, and drive customer success.   • Lead installations of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance and leadership for medium to large financial institutions and Implementation Service Consultants when building integrations into the nCino/Force.com platform.
  • Design a Salesforce solution that meets the needs of the customer and effectively track time and bill for hours worked on customer projects.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience/ proficiency with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s / Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable). Some barriers to entry exist at this level, requiring department review.'
  • Ability to document more complex solutions and customer facing documentation for work performed
  • Ability to design, build, articulate and defend architectural designs, primarily around integrations, but including some basic UI components and designs
  • Financial Services experience
  • Able to apply engineering principles to code, flow, and integration patterns including on and off platform tools
  • Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies
  • Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support a dev ops process and build solutions with various software development practices
  • Salesforce Dev401 certification
  • Exposure to <Salesforce.com> configuration and custom development
  • Experience with <Salesforce.com> developer toolkit IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services
  • Experience using ETL/integration platforms
  • Large FI experience, particularly with the Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, Enterprise Architecture framework
  • Informatica experience
  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript
  • Salesforce System Architect
  • Object-oriented languages such as Java, Ruby, C#, C++
  • ETL/integration platforms such as Cast Iron, Informatica, SnapLogic, etc
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong customer and professional skills
  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as prior work with object-oriented languages
