About The Role

Join Workiva as a Senior People Business Partner, where you will collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales functions in EMEA to develop and deliver strategic talent management programs. You will play a critical role in championing Workiva's culture, promoting open communication, effective teamwork, and strong employee relations practices. Your responsibilities will include employee relations, change management, organizational design, coaching, retention, compensation, and talent management. You will also analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and implement employee engagement activities for the GTM functions.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational needs, assess talent landscape, and drive engagement.
  • Partner with the Global GTM People Business Partner team on global talent programs and initiatives for regional alignment.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and trends with leadership to make informed decisions and implement employee engagement activities.
  • 6+ years progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines including employee relations, change management, compensation, organizational development, and talent management
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
  • Previous experience supporting GTM & Sales organizations in a People Business Partner role or closely related function
  • Experience in a global high-growth software company
  • CIPD or related professional certification
  • Proven ability to effectively work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with key business partners and all levels of employees across the company
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations
  • Proven ability to coach, provide guidance, and influence
  • Experience executing strategic initiatives and operational plans
  • Ability to drive collaboration across all levels with the ability to bring together stakeholders that can create solutions
