Senior Technical Project Manager (Growth Solutions)

Join our Growth Solutions team as a Senior Technical Project Manager. In this role, you will be the operational partner to an engineering team building AI-native products. You will bridge the gap between product ideas and technical execution, ensuring the team's operating model evolves as AI-augmented practices mature. You will oversee delivery across mixed-shore teams, collaborate with Product on roadmap strategy, apply adaptive methodologies, lead decision-driven reviews, and continuously evolve processes. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of technical project/program management experience within a software engineering environment, a technical/STEM undergraduate degree, and active experience using AI-augmented development tools.

• Oversee delivery across mixed-shore teams, maintaining high standards for sequencing and momentum.
• Collaborate with Product to pressure-test priorities and surface dependencies, ensuring customer signals are reflected in a plan.
• Act as a hybrid practitioner across Agile, Kanban, and Six Sigma, selecting and adapting the right framework based on the team’s current journey.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for team engagement
• 6+ years of technical project/program management experience within a software engineering environment
• Undergraduate degree in a technical/STEM field or equivalent professional experience
• Reliable internet access for remote wor
• Active, hands-on experience using AI-augmented development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, LLM-based workflows) in your professional or personal projects
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Excellence in translating technical status into business impact for executive audiences and stakeholders
• Deep proficiency in Jira (dashboards, workflows, configuration) and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet or Productboard
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable priorities
• Ability to engage substantively in technical discussions and "push back" on engineering estimates or architectures where necessary
