Solutions Architect (Sustainability)

Join Workiva as a Solutions Architect (Sustainability) and play a key role in delivering impactful business outcomes for customers and partners. You will lead the delivery of contracted services, perform detailed discovery sessions, and create robust sustainability reporting solution designs. Working cross-functionally, you will ensure outstanding implementations across the EMEA region while protecting solution health, customer retention, and long-term subscription growth.

• Lead the delivery of contracted services, performing detailed discovery sessions and creating robust sustainability reporting solution designs tailored to financial, risk, or operational reporting needs.
• Interface directly with customers and partners to deliver solutions that achieve impactful business outcomes, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to high-impact reality.
• Work cross-functionally across customer success, product development, and partner teams to deliver outstanding implementations across the EMEA region while protecting solution health, customer retention, and long-term subscription growth.
• 4+ years of experience in a service delivery role, finance, audit, risk, sustainability, or a related platform delivery field
• Undergraduate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience
• Experience in SaaS, cloud technologies, or data architectures, with familiarity across ERP, GRC, or Sustainability technology platforms
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a major plus
• Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement, alongside the ability to influence and drive change in business processes
• Experience working at a consultant level within a professional services company or public accounting firm
• Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
