Finance Manager

Join our high-performing Financial Control team as a Finance Manager. In this broad role, you will spend 80% of your time in Financial Control and 20% supporting Commercial Finance. You will have the opportunity to improve processes and drive initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include group consolidation, monthly financial reporting, management accounts preparation, and team development. You will also partner with Commercial Finance, lead the audit transition, address key areas of focus identified during private equity due diligence, and identify process improvements. This is a fast-paced role that requires a qualified accountant with strong financial and management accounting experience.

• Supporting the group consolidation and the preparation of group financial reporting, including reporting by function.
• Owning monthly financial reporting, including automating functional reporting, implementing regional and product-level P&L reporting.
• Managing and developing two direct reports, overseeing their workload and reviewing their output.

• A self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
• Strong technical ground and excellent attention to detail
• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• A genuine appetite for improving processes and project-managing change
• Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced environment - comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and pace
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Strong financial and management accounting experience
• Experience preparing group reporting by function
• Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation
• Comfort with finance technology, automation, or AI tools
• Experience managing or developing direct reports
