About The Role

Join Youtrust, a European leader in electronic signature and trust services. As the Head of Legal, you will oversee the legal function, support various teams, and contribute to key company decisions. You will manage a team of lawyers, engage in strategic contracts, support regulatory and product developments, and address challenges related to AI and new technologies. The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of legal experience, fluency in French and English, and a strong background in regulated environments.

Supervise, animate, and develop the legal team, ensuring the quality of deliverables and supporting the professional growth of the lawyers.
Oversee and directly engage in strategic contracts, including B2B client contracts, partnerships, supplier agreements, and complex negotiation matters.
Support the product, tech, security, and compliance teams on topics related to trust services, digital identity, electronic signature, and regulatory developments.
