Sales Development Representative - DACH

• Qualify inbound DACH leads, assess fit against our ideal customer profile, and convert good-fit leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
• Run discovery calls to understand the real project, the pain points, and the buying context, and hand off larger opportunities to Account Executives.
• Keep the CRM accurate and stay on top of follow-ups and timing, contributing to the team's monthly SQO and MRR targets.
