International BESS & Hybrid Business Developer

Join Corsica Sole, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, as an International BESS & Hybrid Business Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for market assessment, business development, project development, and managing the country's activity. You will work closely with the Head of International Development and local teams in various European countries. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development and/or project development in the renewable energy sector, fluency in English and French, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Regular travel to countries under responsibility is required.

• Développer une compréhension approfondie des dynamiques du marché, des projets en cours et des opportunités de marché.
• Organiser et contribuer de manière proactive aux processus commerciaux clés tels que les appels d'offres, l'acquisition de projets et les accords de co-développement.
• Surveiller et exécuter le développement de projets dans les pays sous responsabilité, en collaboration avec les équipes locales.

**Hard Skills**

• Knowledge and experience in business development and project development in the energy sector, ideally in relation to storage projects or renewable projects.
• Analytical skills: ability to deep dive into diversified problematics, collect and construct detailed understandings, elaborate clear deliverables and efficiently raise key points for decision making.

**Soft Skills**

• Entrepreneurial spirit & 360° vision: ability to understand and manage projects and processes across all dimensions (technical, financial/business, legal, etc).
• Interpersonal skills & team spirit: ability to create and build relationships with key stakeholders, internally with Corsica Sole’s teams, and externally with service providers.
• Empathy, ethics & integrity.

**Education and Professional Background**

• At least 3 years of professional experience in business development and/or project development in the renewable energy sector.
• Higher education, preferably an Engineering degree with appetite for business development matters, or alternatively a Business degree with appetite for the energy sector.

**Languages**

• English: fluent.
• French: fluent.
• Other European languages (in particular Polish) would be a strong plus, though not required.
