HR Intern

As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining HR systems, and supporting various HR activities. You will collaborate closely with the People team and work with colleagues across all departments. • Collaborate with the People team to manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback.
• Maintain and update HR-related content on internal databases and manage employee profiles in the HRIS.
• Assist in managing and communicating employee benefits, ensuring they are well informed about their entitlements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members in achieving common goals
• Excited to learn about new concepts, tools, and processes and eager to challenge the status quo
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
