Technical Program Manager

Join Taktile, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, as a Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensuring enterprise readiness. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, security, sales, and legal teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in program management at a SaaS company, a strong background in B2B SaaS/enterprise/fintech, and is comfortable holding senior ICs and EMs accountable.

• Own end-to-end program management for multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive Enterprise readiness program, coordinating efforts across Platform, Product, and Sales to achieve necessary features, certifications, and contracts.
• Quarterback Security programs, including audit preparation, residual risk burn-down, and customer security questionnaires, ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Comfort holding senior ICs and EMs accountable
• 3+ yrs TPM at a SaaS company; has owned multi-team programs end-to-end
• Deep enough to challenge engineering trade-offs,
• Writes well, drives meetings, builds dashboards — operates with low overhead
• Strong English (written + spoken)
• B2B SaaS / Enterprise / fintech background
• Has run an audit prep (SOC 2 / ISO) program
• Familiar with Linear, Notion, Slack as the operating stack
