Senior Product Manager (Assisted Autonomy)

Join Kodiak, a leader in autonomous trucking, as a Senior Product Manager for our Assisted Autonomy solution. In this role, you will have end-to-end product ownership, driving the development and execution of our Assisted Autonomy strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and prioritize features to improve overall safety. This is a remote-friendly position with up to 25% travel required.

• Formulate and evolve the roadmap for Assisted Autonomy, balancing near-term deployment milestones with long-term scalability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, using data to improve performance while prioritizing failure modes and features to improve overall safety.
• Define and prioritize requirements with cross-functional partners, evaluate releases for acceptance, and partner closely with Ops teams on field deployment.
• Demonstrated success in defining & launching end-user-facing high-tech products through the full lifecycle to customers at scale
• Ability to think deeply and communicate clearly about data and KPIs, and how they inform product prioritization
• Startup experience
• Prior experience in assisted autonomy, autonomous vehicles (AV), or robotics
• Technical degree (master's degree or above in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field) or equivalent practical work experience
• Strong B2C UX/design experience, demonstrating an ability to build highly usable interfaces for teleoperations and human-in-the-loop workflows, including for non-technical users
• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in environments that blend software and hardware
