Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions, from needs identification to feature implementation.
Prioritize features and adjust for changes in Kodiak’s commercial and competitive context, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Define requirements, track KPIs, and communicate progress to customers, acting as the primary voice of the product and the end user.
Experience building credibility and strong relationships within engineering and operations teams, and with external stakeholders and customers
Comfortable leading strategy & execution in the midst of ambiguity and a dynamic market
Passion for working with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and create effective solutions
Technical degree or equivalent background in engineering, computer science, or a related field
8+ years experience working in Product Management, ideally in autonomous vehicles, robotics, operations management, supply chain management, and/or logistics
