Human Capital Analyst - as of September 2026

Join Deloitte's global Human Capital practice, a leading HR and people transformation business. As a Human Capital Analyst, you will support end-to-end project delivery, contribute to people solutions across HR processes and policies, and help develop workforce strategies aligned with clients' business objectives. You will work in a diverse and collaborative team that values quality, client impact, and a strong people-centric culture.

• Support end-to-end project delivery, from preparing proposals to designing creative solutions and collaborating with internal experts on people-related challenges.
• Contribute to people solutions across HR processes and policies, talent management, change management, and HR information systems.
• Help develop and align workforce strategies and HR priorities with clients’ business objectives and enabling technologies (including digital and AI-driven tools).

Profile description

**Your skills**

• Have completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering/IT (specialized in HR would be an asset)
• Have a prior experience in consulting, either with a first job or an internship
• Have a team spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, pragmatism, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have an exposure or strong interest in digital transformation and AI technologies (especially agentic AI and automation in HR)
• Are fluent in English and French. German would be considered as an asset
