Quality Risk Senior Officer/Assistant Manager

Join Deloitte's Tax department as a Quality Risk Senior Officer/Assistant Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with the Tax Risk Leader and QRM team to develop and implement a robust QRM Programme for the Tax business. You will gain extensive experience engaging with Partner, Director, and Manager groups, and gain exposure to all aspects of our Tax business and the Firm's central risk department. • Servir de point de contact pour les questions liées à la gestion de la qualité et des risques (QRM).
• Soutenir l'entreprise dans la navigation dans les processus de QRM et participer à la conception, aux tests et au déploiement des projets QRM.
• Documenter, mettre à jour et gérer les opérations de QRM en veillant à leur conformité avec les cadres mondiaux et les exigences locales.

Profile description

1. A degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related discipline;
2. 2-4 years of experience in Tax, Risk management, Compliance, Internal Control, or similar fields within a professional service environment;
3. Analytical and risk-minded with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach allowing to propose sound solutions;
4. Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines;
5. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders;
6. Proficient in data analysis and the use of basic technology (e.g., Excel);
7. Fluent in English and proficient in French or another language.
