Senior Product Engineer

Join Rimes, a leading provider of data management solutions for the investment industry. As a Senior Product Engineer, you will be a strategic technical authority within our Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform. You will influence platform direction, define best practices, and advise on complex transformation initiatives for global clients. This role requires deep domain expertise across multiple investment data domains and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Act as a strategic technical authority within Rimes’ Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platform, influencing platform direction and defining best practices.
• Lead complex assessments of client data landscapes, identifying structural issues and defining strategic remediation roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership for the design and evolution of EDM-related platform capabilities, shaping capability roadmaps in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous environments and influencing without direct authority
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated exposure to multiple investment data domains (e.g. price mastering, security mastering, ESG, ETFs), with the ability to operate as a domain advisor and apply expertise flexibly across complex, evolving data landscapes
• Deep, demonstrable experience designing, delivering and using EDM solutions, including solution and data architecture
• Strong execution and delivery skills, with experience working across modern software development methodologies
• A mindset of continuous improvement and a commitment to staying current with industry best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
