As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you'll support our People & Culture team, focusing on managing our annual internship recruitment campaign and supporting the intern community. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about people and eager to learn about recruitment in a fast-growing, highly specialized company. The apprenticeship starts in September 2026 and lasts for one year.

• Coordination of internship campaigns, including collecting needs, creating job ads, and guiding hiring managers.
• Supporting the intern community by organizing events, providing practical information, and assisting with relocation.
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in daily operational tasks and supporting People Operations with onboarding.
