Technical Account Manager / Quantum Computing (M/F)

Join Alice & Bob, a pioneering startup in the field of quantum computing. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our early-stage fault-tolerant quantum computer, managing incidents and service continuity, acting as the technical interface with the client, coordinating internal technical stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement and operational readiness. You will work closely with engineering, R&D, product, and tech operations teams to ensure the day-to-day performance of the quantum system and smooth client operations.

• Assurer l'excellence opérationnelle sur site du système quantique en surveillant en continu la santé, la performance et la disponibilité du système.
• Gérer les incidents, les tickets et la continuité du service en possédant l'ensemble du cycle de vie de l'incident, de la détection à la résolution.
• Agir en tant qu'interface technique avec le client en représentant Alice & Bob au sein des structures de gouvernance opérationnelle du client.
