Lead the development of high-impact features from ideation to production, making pragmatic trade-offs to balance speed, quality, and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and performant code (TypeScript, React, Next.js), and improve the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and feedback, and share knowledge and promote best practices across the team.
