About The Role

Join Strive Health as an Implementation Manager, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of launching new market solutions across our payor, health system, and provider partner portfolio. You will serve as the central coordination point, translating partnership structure, contractual requirements, and market-specific nuances into a clear, executable implementation plan. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in the healthcare industry, and the ability to drive projects forward independently.

  • Ownership of the end-to-end implementation process for assigned markets, partners, or strategic initiatives, ensuring successful launch and operational readiness.
  • Coordination and management of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of implementation plans, addressing any blockers or risks.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders, serving as the primary implementation lead and accountable owner for timelines and deliverables.
  • The right candidate is a structured, proactive executor who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks, and is energized by the complexity of value-based care partnerships
  • Experience working with health plans, health systems, provider groups, value-based care organizations, or similarly complex partners
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms
  • Strong understanding and experience working in the US healthcare system
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive work forward, solve problems, and manage ambiguity
  • 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, operations, or other client-facing roles with end-to-end ownership
  • Strong attention to detail, highly analytical, organized, and able to keep multiple balls in the air at once
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive projects forward independently and with limited direction
  • Strong project management discipline with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
  • Experience leading implementations in healthcare, especially in new market launches or partner expansions
  • Experience improving workflows, processes, or implementation playbooks across teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Please apply even if you feel you do not meet all qualifications
