Manager of Analytics

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver enterprise-level analytics solutions across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
• Manage team operations, including project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet timelines and deliver value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, frame analytical questions, and design scalable analytics solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
• Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs
• 4+ years' experience in healthcare data analysis or related
• Efficient and reliable transportation, including an active driver's license, allowing for travel across an assigned region to meet business needs
• Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms
• 4+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL, Excel & PowerPoint
• 4+ years' experience analyzing medical claim data, lab data, EMR data and clinical data
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel & PowerPoint
• 1+ years' experience as a people leader
• Must be comfortable speaking and leading analytical discussions with business partners
