About The Role

Join our Global Product Management Team for Energy Tariffs as a Working Student. You will play a key role in developing energy tariff products, supporting regulatory product launches, analyzing market communication processes, and monitoring performance. This is an opportunity to make a concrete contribution to the sustainable restructuring of our energy infrastructure while gaining valuable experience in the energy sector.

  • Take ownership of well-scoped topics within the energy tariff portfolio, from analysis to recommendation to implementation.
  • Work on dynamic electricity tariff products across core markets, driving product improvements, feature rollouts, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Contribute to the launch of new products driven by regulatory change, helping translate regulatory requirements into concrete product decisions.
  • Previous experience in the energy sector, product management, or consulting is a plus, but we're happy to get you up to speed - motivation counts!
  • You are studying Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or a comparable course of studies
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least two more semesters and can support us 15-20 hours per week during the semester, with up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
  • You have experience with and enjoy working in Google Sheets/Excel: SQL or Python skills are a plus
  • Excellent language skills in English and German (both written and spoken)
  • You are a problem solver, able to adapt to changing environments and stakeholder needs
  • You have a keen interest in the energy market, energy tariffs, and the energy transition, with a strong motivation to drive impactful change
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
