Implementation Strategist - US

Join H Company, a pioneering AI research and product company, as an Implementation Strategist. In this role, you will be the strategic link between customers and our engineering team, helping to identify and automate their most important tasks. You will also shape the future vision of our products by distilling learnings from the field into the H platform. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in selling and implementing complex IT solutions, a background in business and engineering, and fluency in at least one backend programming language. This position is based in the US, with a preference for the San Francisco Bay area, New York, or Austin, and requires up to 50% travel.

• Analyzing customer data to identify and prioritize multi-step tasks for automation.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.
• Coordinating training sessions and delivering demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of the solutions.
