IT Operations & Security Manager

Join H, a cutting-edge AI startup focused on advancing superintelligence with agentic AI. As the IT Operations & Security Manager, you will manage internal IT operations, ensure secure user lifecycle processes, and support SOC 2 audit readiness. You will also manage SaaS vendors, renewals, license usage, and improve IT processes through documentation and automation. This is a hybrid role based in Paris, with an average of three days in the office per week.

• Manage the company’s internal IT operations, including identity and access management, Google Workspace administration, SaaS tools, endpoint management, and AWS access governance.
• Ensure secure user lifecycle processes, access reviews, device compliance, and support SOC 2 audit readiness. The role also includes managing SaaS vendors, renewals, license usage, and improving IT processes through documentation and automation.
• Proven experience administering Google Workspace at scale, strong understanding of SCIM provisioning and SSO/SAML integrations across SaaS applications, and hands-on experience performing user access management.
