The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, strong expertise in advanced sourcing and structured interview methodologies, and fluency in French and English.

• Develop and implement a global talent attraction strategy to identify and secure top-tier candidates.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to interviews and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Position H Company as a global reference point for top talent by representing the brand with candidates, universities, tech communities, and at international events.
