Strategic Bid Manager - Enterprise & Public Sector

As a Strategic Bid Manager, you will lead and coordinate responses to complex bids, tenders, and RFPs from large enterprises and public-sector organizations. You will work closely with various teams and help position H's AI automation capabilities for enterprise and public-sector buyers. This role requires proven experience in bid management, strong writing and storytelling skills, and a strong interest in AI and automation.

• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, tenders, public-sector consultations, and strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Analyze requirements, define response plans, timelines, responsibilities, and compliance matrices, and coordinate contributions from various teams.
• Write, edit, and structure high-quality proposal content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, differentiation, and timely submission.
