About The Role

Join Lime, a leading micro-mobility company, as a Strategy & Planning Program Manager for Fleet Allocation. In this role, you will work closely with market managers, cross-functional teams, and Lime's management to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and solve complex problems. You will be the key link between executive strategy and regional execution for the Americas and APAC regions.   • Gérer l'allocation des actifs : superviser l'évaluation, les recommandations et le suivi des demandes d'allocation d'actifs dans les régions des Amériques et de l'APAC.
  • Utiliser des métriques de marché et des informations provenant de plusieurs équipes pour déterminer où la flotte devrait se déplacer afin de maximiser le retour sur investissement.
  • Coordonner l'exécution des décisions approuvées en élaborant des plans opérationnels clairs pour soutenir les équipes dans l'exécution.
  • The ideal candidate has experience scaling processes or products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance execution with strategy
  • Program ownership: Able to manage complex cross-functional workstreams across regions, build scalable processes, drive execution, and operate independently through ambiguity
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related experience; micro-mobility industry or high-growth company experience is a plus
  • Stakeholder leadership: Strong communicator who can influence without authority, challenge assumptions, align senior stakeholders, and turn complex analysis into crisp decisions, action plans, and leadership-ready updates
  • Operational judgment: Understands whether a plan is both analytically sound and operationally executable
  • Analytics & tooling: Strong analytical judgment, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to independently pull, structure, analyze, and translate data into clear ROI-based recommendations
  • Global working style: Comfortable working across Americas and APAC time zones
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • BI tools: Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools
  • EPM tools/process: knowledge of Anaplan or similar EPM tools and financial processes is a plus
  • Relevant industry experience: Background in mobility, logistics, marketplace operations, supply chain, inventory planning, asset-heavy operations, international operations, or planning cycles such as annual planning, re-forecasting, CapEx planning, or budget forecasting
  • Advanced degree: MBA, master’s degree, or equivalent analytical training is a plus
