Legal Vice President

Join Setpoint, a capital markets technology platform, as a Legal Vice President. In this strategic legal leadership role, you will partner closely with the executive team, sales organization, and capital solutions team to provide legal guidance, structure complex transactions, and manage risk. You will play a critical role in supporting Setpoint's growth by building scalable legal processes, negotiating complex agreements, and helping customers navigate the evolving credit ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in capital markets, structured finance, and technology transactions, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Fintech experience is a plus
• Ability to prioritize appropriately, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Flexible, positive, and team oriented approach to work
• 12+ years of experience drafting and negotiating a variety of capital markets and finance agreements and related documentation, including asset backed facilities
• JD degree from a top tier law school, admission to the New York bar in good standing
