About The Role
Join our team as a Staff Analytics Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our external data products. In this hands-on position, you will design and maintain data pipelines, create dashboards, and work directly with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to lead and grow a team of analytics engineers while staying technically hands-on.
- Design and maintain data pipelines, create dashboards, and work directly with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end implementations for the data products for external customers, set technical direction and standards for the analytics engineering team.
- Mentor engineers, own their professional development, and lead and grow a team of analytics engineers while staying technically hands-on.

- A client partner – you enjoy working directly with clients (asset managers, business owners, technical stakeholders) to understand their needs and deliver solutions that work in the real world
- A strategic thinker – you look beyond the immediate task to anticipate analytics capabilities needed for future growth
- 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar technical role
- Experience in a customer-facing role, working with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working with asset managers, business owners, or financial services data sets is a plus
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and models
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Must be based in Austin, TX
- Proven expertise DBT, SQL, and GitHub-based development. Python is a plus
