Strategic Finance Associate

Join our Finance team as a Strategic Finance Associate, where you'll play a critical role in driving company-wide initiatives and shaping financial strategy. This high-impact, highly visible role involves building financial models, preparing board materials, supporting cross-functional projects, and stepping in as a problem-solver for the company's most pressing priorities. You'll partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment between financial goals and day-to-day execution.

• Collaborate with the VP of Finance to shape financial strategy and support day-to-day operations.
• Build financial models, prepare board materials, and support cross-functional projects.
• Drive financial visibility by owning reporting, forecasting, KPI setting, and board-ready communications.

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in Investment banking or Management Consulting and ideally, 2 years in a high-growth startup
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently
• Experience partnering with non-finance teams and explaining financial concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
