QA Analyst

Join our team as a Market Insights Operations Contractor, where you will be responsible for running k-ID's compliance-benchmarking engine. This hands-on role requires accurate, explainable, and timely results throughout each testing cycle. You will operate and refine third-party AI agentic testing platforms, conduct detailed data QA, perform manual testing, and maintain clear documentation for stakeholders. Success in this role means making operations smoother, catching data issues early, and ensuring status visibility and resolution of blockers without escalation or chase.

• Plan, manage, and execute testing cycles, ensuring rationale is documented and visible.
• Operate and refine third-party AI agentic testing platforms, configuring runs and reviewing outputs.
• Conduct detailed Data QA, reviewing AI outputs, checking and reconciling data, and diagnosing trends.
