- Gestionar la ejecución diaria de programas de marketing directo, incluyendo flujos de datos, informes de rendimiento, programación de campañas y seguimiento de costos.
- Implementar y evaluar pruebas creativas y de segmentación; comunicar claramente las ideas y recomendaciones a las partes interesadas.
- Colaborar de manera transversal con Business Intelligence, Data Science y Marketing Analytics para mejorar los informes, desbloquear información y mejorar el rendimiento del programa.
- Creative thinker capable of generating innovative solutions to customer challenges
- Experience using A/B testing and performance data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve results
- Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across multiple functional teams (e.g., Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Creative Teams, Vendor Partners)
- Strong presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex ideas and translating data into clear insights for key stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to create, follow, and communicate timelines effectively
- Experience managing direct mail or comparable customer marketing channels (e.g., email, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations; proficiency in Excel and visualization tools, such as MicroStrategy or Tableau, is preferred
- Critical thinker who proactively identifies problems and proposes solutions to improve processes and campaign performance
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Business roles (e.g., Strategy, Planning, Operations)
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all campaigns
