Field Sales Representative

Join Zipline, a company revolutionizing instant delivery. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for signing up local restaurant and retail partners in Austin, driving an effective sales process, and building relationships with prospects. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach to sales, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales.

• Identifying and reaching out to potential restaurant and retail partners to explain Zipline's service and sign partnership agreements.
• Driving the sales process from source to close, exceeding sales targets and crafting effective sales pitches.
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospects throughout the sales process to create a trusted relationship between Zipline and merchant partners.
• Exceptional communication skills that build confidence and credibility
• Demonstrated ability to identify and map stakeholders, develop relationships with decision makers, and maintain a network of relationships to promote partnerships
• Ability to learn and pragmatically iterate your sales approach so as to establish an effective sales motion with different merchant types
• Collaborative approach to sales that includes working with multiple groups both internally and externally
• 2+ years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales or telesales - ideally with a delivery marketplace or direct sales of products and services to restaurants and retailers
• Familiarity with the business models and value drivers for delivery marketplaces (e.g. Uber Eats, DoorDash), retailers and restaurants
• Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility and confidence, with a preference for autonomously owning activities that drive revenue
