Lifecycle & CRM Manager

Join Zipline as a Lifecycle & CRM Manager, where you'll play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts and creating personalized customer experiences. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various channels, managing the lifecycle marketing calendar, and partnering with analytics to measure campaign performance. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices.

• Plan and execute customer campaigns across various channels, including email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
• Build and optimize customer journeys that support activation, repeat purchases, reactivation, and long-term customer value.
• Partner with Analytics and Data Science to measure campaign performance, identify customer insights, and recommend opportunities to improve future campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across marketing, commercial, creative, and analytical teams
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing multiple business priorities
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, experimentation, campaign measurement, and lifecycle marketing best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and a high bar for execution
• Hands-on experience planning and launching campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
• 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
• Experience with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform
• Experience executing both automated customer journeys and business-driven campaigns
