About The Role

As a Marketing Manager for the Austin market, you will own the marketing strategy and performance, driving measurable growth across awareness, customer acquisition, referrals, merchant launches, and overall market performance. You will work closely with various teams, including Commercial, Operations, Community Engagement, Communications, and the broader Marketing organization. This position requires strong business judgment, the ability to prioritize opportunities based on business impact, and a comfort with operating in ambiguity.

  • Own the marketing strategy, priorities, and performance of the Austin market, driving measurable growth across awareness, customer acquisition, referrals, merchant launches, and overall market performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, commercial priorities, competitive dynamics, and local opportunities to identify where marketing can have the greatest business impact.
  • Build integrated marketing plans that bring together brand, lifecycle, partnerships, community engagement, merchant launches, and local activations around Austin's highest-priority growth opportunities.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on business impact
  • Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as business needs evolve
  • 8 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand, partnerships, product marketing, or a related field
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that combine multiple marketing disciplines to drive measurable business growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics, measuring performance, and making investment recommendations based on data
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
