Perception Intern (Fall 2026)

Join Zipline, a pioneering company in autonomous deliveries. As a Perception Intern, you'll work on both onboard and offboard perception systems, pushing the boundaries of our current technology. You'll experiment with machine learning models, collaborate with team members, and see your ideas transition from concept to real-world application. This is a full-time, in-person internship in South San Francisco or Dallas from September to December 2026.

• Participer à l'expérimentation, à l'évaluation et à l'intégration de modèles d'apprentissage automatique, en repoussant les limites de notre système de perception hors ligne.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l'équipe pour proposer des solutions novatrices aux défis de perception.
• Utiliser des sources de données hétérogènes pour former des modèles d'apprentissage automatique et expédier du code de production pour intégrer ces modèles dans le système de perception.
• Experience writing code in a production environment, e.g. at a previous internship
• Ability to rapidly experiment, iterate, and adapt to new findings in a dynamic environment
• You must have completed the second year of your undergraduate studies. Masters and PhD students are also eligible
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• A proven history of quality ML research, reflected by publications in conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, CoRL, RSS, etc
• Specific expertise in areas such as multi view depth estimation, semantic segmentation, generative modeling, etc
