Senior Software Engineer (Maps Routing)

Join Zipline, a company revolutionizing logistics and healthcare delivery. As a Senior Software Engineer (Maps Routing), you will build the mapping infrastructure that powers every Zipline flight. You will work on massive data challenges, design pipelines for large-scale geospatial datasets, and have end-to-end ownership of critical systems. Your work will have a cross-functional impact and you will leverage modern AI and agentic workflows to increase engineering velocity.

• Experience building and operating large-scale data pipelines
• Our current stack includes technologies such as Go, Python, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Kafka, and AWS, but we value engineers who can learn quickly and focus on solving the right problems
• Experience working with large datasets and designing reliable data processing logic
• Experience with geospatial systems, mapping technologies, or GIS tooling is a plus, but not required
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and integrating systems across domains
