Senior Software Engineer (Repair and Reliability)

Join our Repair and Reliability Platform team as a Senior Software Engineer. You will be responsible for building systems that preserve asset health and keep our delivery network operational. Your work will directly impact aircraft availability, delivery capacity, operational safety, and the network's ability to scale reliably. You will own critical parts of the platform end to end, make technical and product decisions, and shape how reliability systems scale across the network. This role is best suited for engineers who want to own critical operational systems, make consequential technical decisions, and help scale the reliability backbone of a real-world autonomous logistics network.

• Ownership of critical parts of the reliability platform, making technical and product decisions, and shaping how reliability systems scale across the network.
• Designing and building systems that connect issue detection to fast, correct maintenance execution and return-to-service decisions.
• Identifying important operational problems, developing a clear point of view on how systems should behave, and driving solutions from concept through production.
• Have experience building reliable production systems in operationally complex environments
• Are comfortable owning systems with real-world consequences and high expectations for reliability
• Care deeply about correctness, reliability, safety, and operator trust
