Experience building scalable commercial operating processes, performance management frameworks, and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences
A systems-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for building scalable organizations
Typically 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, commercial analytics, business operations, or a related function in a high-growth environment
Previous experience in management consulting or strategy is a plus
