CRM Business Systems Analyst (RevOps)

Join our fast-growing company as a CRM Business Systems Analyst. In this remote role, you will leverage your expertise in HubSpot CRM to enhance business efficiency, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive operational process improvements. You will also lead projects focused on CRM implementation and optimization, support user enablement, and analyze CRM data to enhance sales strategies.

• Certifications in HubSpot or other relevant CRM platforms
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and quantitative skill set, with superior attention to detail and an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of B2B Sales operations, including goals/metrics, commissions, and account assignments
• Savviness with Excel/Google Sheets in efficiently manipulating and analyzing large data sets
• Proven success in collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in building and optimizing complex, technical HubSpot workflows, processes, and reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience in a related field
• A minimum of two years experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on CRM systems, their data models, and related Sales and Marketing business processes
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and Macros
• Experience in a fast-paced, tech-centric work environment
