Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in strategically growing and scaling our organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and build a robust pipeline of top talent. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments and levels, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will provide guidance on interviewing, assessment methods, and offer strategy to leaders and interview teams. This is a remote position with competitive salary and benefits.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and build a robust pipeline of top talent.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments and levels, ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical talent, using creative outreach, market mapping, and networking to engage high-quality, diverse candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a growth-stage or high-volume hiring environment is a plus
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills to manage a high volume of requisitions while partnering effectively with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (social platforms, professional networks, events, referrals, and market research)
• Proven ability to recruit at all levels, from entry-level to senior leader, in a fast-moving environment
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success hiring both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical roles
• A collaborative mindset with empathy, integrity, and a sense of humor—you balance professionalism with approachability
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruiting metrics
