Internship, Private Equity Performance Improvement, Paris

Join Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm, as an intern in the Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) team in Paris. This 6-month internship offers hands-on learning opportunities and exposure to senior leaders. You will support private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle, focusing on financial modeling, value creation analysis, transaction support, AI-enabled value creation, and reporting. Ideal candidates are currently studying at a leading Grande École or top university, have strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in private equity and operational performance.

• Participer à l'évaluation pré-deal et à la création de valeur post-deal pour les fonds de capital-investissement et leurs sociétés de portefeuille.
• Contribuer à l'analyse financière, à la modélisation et à l'identification des opportunités d'amélioration des performances.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe pour traduire les analyses en recommandations claires et structurées pour les parties prenantes.
