Senior Associate, Data & AI Team

Join Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm, as a Senior Associate in the Data & AI team. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will work directly with portfolio company management teams and private equity deal teams to scope, design, and deliver data and AI solutions. You will operate at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy, helping organizations make better decisions faster and fundamentally rethink how their processes run.

• Deliver value creation analytics, including pricing, cost-to-serve, profitability, and supply chain analysis, that directly inform private equity value creation plans.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions to automate and reimagine core finance processes, such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.
• Build AI-powered forecasting, planning, and management reporting capabilities for CFO offices, and enhance financial and operational dashboards using Power BI, Python, and SQL.
