Senior Associate / Manager - Financial and Operational Restructuring

Join Alvarez & Marsal, a global consulting firm, as a Senior Associate/Manager in the Financial and Operational Restructuring team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, multi-stakeholder, and cross-border restructuring engagements. You will advise and implement solutions alongside clients' executives, investors, and stakeholders in distressed situations, conduct diagnostic assessments, develop and implement restructuring plans, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. A strong academic background and experience in a restructuring team at a leading consultancy firm or Big Four are required.

• Advising and implementing solutions for clients in distressed situations, working closely with executives, investors, and stakeholders.
• Conducting diagnostic assessments of key issues, developing and implementing restructuring plans, and evaluating business plans.
• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the restructuring community and supporting business development activities.
